RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Human Unlimited. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we would be glad to do an exchange or return for you within 14 days of receipt of shipment. For return or exchange, please follow the directions below.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item from Human Unlimited and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so emailing us with your request at humans@humanunlimited.com or call (800) 421-5617 between 9am – 5pm EST, Monday – Friday. We will waive the shipping on the exchanged items!

Returns

Item(s) returned to Human Unlimited must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s). A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. All returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to:
